Back in 1936 Khudair and his brother Mohammed jointly started importing watches from Switzerland. At that time this was big accomplishment to bring high tech time pieces in the middle of the desert. The became agent of many big names at that time and they distributed watches to all Middle East including but not limited to Kuwait, KSA, Iraq, Iran, … etc

Then later on during the 60’s and the 70’s ALSHAHAB family grew and became famous as the watches family. When late 70’s came with quartz crisis there was many opinions how to manage the situation. Finally, every opinion developed its own company including the sons Jassim and Sales Al-Shahab

Today, the third generation of AL-SHAHAB family became in charge of managing and developing the unified company by the grand son Fawaz Al-Shahab.

Fawaz turned the company in to a new strategy which is taking ALSHAHAB to a challenging journey

Fawaz is a young dynamic mechanical engineer learned and worked all his life in watches and meteorology. Fawaz, experience and passion foot print are clear in the company growth and confidently we can say that ALSHAHAB boutique is a target destination for watch collectors and watch lovers.
