Guided by creativity and the desire to explore new technological frontiers in watchmaking, the technical team at Perrelet gave rise to the new LAB PERIPHERAL 3 hands & date. This timepiece remains loyal to the values and DNA of the brand with its signature “Luxury in movement”. This latest creation offers a discreet and refined animation on the dial and welcomes a new and contemporary casual-chic style in Perrelet’s collections.

      The LAB Peripheral comes in a 42mm x 42mm water resistant to 5ATM with stainless steel cushion-shape case and with a grey razor PVD coating depending on the version. Great attention was paid to the architecture of the dial boasting an original construction. The three-dimensional effect is achieved by the multi-level structure which adds depth. The star of this new timepiece is the manufacture movement Caliber P411 with a frontal peripheral oscillating weight visible through the hours ring with engraved grooves decoration.

      Perrelet surprises watch enthusiasts with new interpretations of its “Turbine Pilot”, a collection inspired by the world of aviation.

      To undertake its mission as a pilot’s watch, “Turbine Pilot” combines the turbine to a circular slide rule. Aviation slide rules are analogue calculation tools and a vital support instrument for pilots before and during flight.  Equipped with a series of concentric discs with different graduated scales, aviation slide rules perform various conversions of measures with great speed.

      The generous case size of 48mm and the characteristic fluting on the case middle are hallmark Turbine family features.  Crafted in stainless steel with a black PVD coating, the case is water-resistant to depths of 5o metres and frames a complex, three-dimensional dial with its hypnotic turbine and blades which spin at the slightest movement of the wrist.

      The beating heart of this compendium of innovative technology and contemporary design is Perrelet’s manufacture P-331-MH automatic calibre. Produced entirely in-house, the movement is chronometer-certified by COSC and offers 42 hours of autonomy.

The double rotor, transformed for the occasion into a turbinefitted with 12 blades made of aluminium, covers the whole ofthe dial and slips beneath an interior bezel. On the dial surface,stripes accentuate the optical effect and make the impact ofthis model all the more sensational.

      Disconnected from themovement oscillating weight, the turbine spins at full speed andcreates spectacular visual effects. In this pioneer and emblematicmodel, the turbine is housed in a concave-shaped case of 44mm-diameter. The crown, specially machined and integratedwithin the case, respects these perfect lines.

With the First Class Double Rotor Skeleton watch, Perrelet combines the horological traditions embodied in its innovative Double Rotor created 20 years ago with its expertise in the art of skeleton working.

      Thanks to this ingenious association, the openworked dial enables the eye to wander leisurely through the intricate depths of the mechanism, lulled by the natural rhythm of the second rotor. Perrelet is a full-fledged Manufacture that has opted to equip this model with Caliber P-481.

      The “First Class Double Rotor Black Edition”  is  a limited edition of 240 pieces presented in a steel case with a 42mm diameter and treated – for the first time in this line – with black PVD. Entirely designed and produced in Perrelet’s manufacture, it benefits from patented Double Rotor technology with a double oscillating mass that allows the automatic mechanism to accumulate energy from the two rotors.

      Underneath a slightly domed sapphire crystal is the skeletonised dial allowing a generous view of the manufacture movement. Calibre P-481 is an automatic movement beating at 28,800 vph with a 42-hour power reserve.
