The gold signature
The gold tone is inspired by the luminous surfaces that have long defined Venice, where light transforms architecture into reflection and atmosphere. Its warm, radiant character echoes the city’s tradition of decorative arts, from gilded details to shimmering mosaics that capture and diffuse light. On the Utopia II dial, this golden surface amplifies the engraved pattern, allowing the guilloché to come alive as light moves across the waves. The result is a dial with exceptional depth and warmth, where the texture and the glow merge into a continuously shifting visual experience.
The ancient art of guilloché
For the creation of the dials, we relied on one of the very few remaining workshops still capable of practising traditional guilloché in its most authentic form. A rare craft, preserved by a handful of masters and historic machines operated entirely by hand, where each engraving is the result of a slow, precise and irreversible gesture. Line after line, micron after micron, the metal is sculpted without any possibility of correction, in a constant dialogue between hand, material and light. The result is not a mere decoration, but a living, deep surface that changes with the angle of observation and makes every dial unique.
A New Mechanical Identity
This second chapter also introduces mechanical evolutions, and it is precisely from this desire for deeper exploration that the V5001 was born. Developed from the experience of the V5000, it preserves its architecture, reliability and performance, while introducing a higher level of care in finishing and overall legibility, together with a 24k gold galvanic treatment that enhances its aesthetic presence.

Cal. V5001
The V5001 is the evolution of the V5000, retaining its technical architecture while introducing a superior level of finishing. Designed and manufactured entirely in Italy, it offers a 60-hour power reserve within just 3.5 mm of thickness, with accuracy regulated to ±3 seconds per day. It introduces double-spiral wheels and bridges and mainplate finished with 24k gold galvanic plating, complemented by radial Côtes de Genève and fine perlage. Conceived for long-term stability, it features a variable-inertia copper-beryllium balance with four masselottes, a double-anchored balance bridge, and KIF Elastor shock protection.

The Culture of Finishing
The movement’s decorations are executed with an artisanal approach that remains functional to mechanical legibility. The upper bridges feature radial Côtes de Genève, enhanced by polished anglage along the edges, while the mainplate is finished with hand-executed micro-perlage, visible in the open areas. The wheels adopt a double-spiral finishing that adds visual depth to the gear train, while the balance bridge is characterised by horizontal étirage, emphasising its structural and technical role within the movement.
